30 minute tempo run. Ran 5 minutes slow (~10 min/mile) then 20 min fast then another 5 min slow. Ran 3.8 miles outdoors in the 'hood. Nike Plus

Our new treadmill is on the way. We ordered a NordicTrack Commercial 1500 from Costco.com last week. It was one of the last one's they had. 4-6 weeks for delivery. Hopefully it will arrive sooner. It's been very cold outside... Treadmilldoctor.com said "The best sub $1000 machine ever made. Our best buy winner in the $1000 range."
