Sore muscles from Monday's strength training. Ran a slow and easy 3.5 on the treadmill. Nike Plus

Ran make-shift a 5k race with friends out in the valley. Race results on runwithlynn.com. Nike Plus

Ran 3 on the treadmill. Then stretch & strength training. Nike Plus

It's Wednesday - Speed Day! Ran repeats again. This time on a ~300 meter track which proved interesting. Nike Plus

3.5 miles in 30:56 on the new treadmill.

6 miles in 51:36.

Easy run in the neighborhood. 3.3 miles in 28.41.

3 miles in 22:56. Ran in the neighborhood.

30 minute tempo run. Ran 5 minutes slow (~10 min/mile) then 20 min fast then another 5 min slow. Ran 3.8 miles outdoors in the 'hood. Nike Plus

There's a great little 8 minute video on the LOST website on ABC.com that recaps the first 3 seasons in 8 minutes. Pay attention there are several funny little one-liners.
